This might be my fault, but I assumed my item would come from a local address. Upon realizing this after receiving an undesirable item, they expect me to return it at my expense to receive a full refund. What are the chances it gets lost in transit? This company feels very scammy. I wish I had done my research before buying. Terrible experience!
