This is a complete scam. Everything seemed appealing on their site, so I ordered a nice grey jacket for my wife's Christmas gift. However, I got worried when it took three weeks to arrive from overseas. When the jacket finally came, it was nothing like what I had selected—far too small and the fabric felt like cheap plastic. I'm extremely upset; it cost me £60 and I can't possibly give it as a gift. I've reached out to the support team, and they informed me that due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, returns aren't possible. They suggested I pay an additional £9.99 to select something else. I plan to report them; this website needs to be shut down. I'm furious.
