After ordering a very large selection of shoes and boots, upon returning them because I didn’t have enough order number slips, the returns got very difficult to match up to my account. I would just say if you’re sending one order out in multiple batches, please could you also include the return slips in every batch to avoid this mixup. However, I just have to say how amazing your Customer Service Team is. Everybody I spoke to was so polite really helpful and liaised with the warehouse to try and locate my orders that had gone astray. Thank you 🙏🏼
