Tidy and clean.
Found a couple of pairs of boots that I liked. A man presuming he was the manager of the store. Very smartly dressed and was quick to recognise I needed assistance.
I told him what I needed and he called one of his colleagues over to get the shoes in the sizes I needed.
The young lady came back with both boots in sizes available. I did like both but unfortunately couldnt afford both but got a great bargain and a beautiful pair of boots. Plus the price in the window was different to the price I paid so I got a nice buy.
If all the colleagues follow the lead of this man, they would all be amazing at their jobs.
Although the lady didn’t have the shoe I asked for in the colour and size I asked for, she did bring out the shoe in the correct size in a different colour, to try for size - it was actually the ideal colour I had been looking for and unable to find - perfect!
I visited the Bath shop and at the time there was only one gentleman serving, yet he welcomed everyone into the shop, helped multiple customers at the same time with a positive, friendly attitude. He created such a lovely atmosphere no-one minded waiting while he dashed up and down the stairs for different sizes, etc. I bought a fabulous pair of boots at an absolute bargain. It was a pleasure to be in this store. It is rare to find that high quality service in store these days, thank you!

I was specifically searching for Goodyear welted shoes or boots, and I found a great selection of shoes, boots, and Chelsea boots that matched my preferences. I added about three different pairs to my basket before choosing brogue shoes. After completing my purchase, they arrived in just a few days. I was thrilled with the quality, and they were far more comfortable than I had anticipated (I thought there would be a break-in period). I couldn't wait to wear them, and I took them to work the very next day—I'm absolutely in love with them.

I purchased these along with a few other pairs from various brands to test, and these ended up being my favorite! I appreciate the slightly textured leather; they are durable yet comfortable and required no break-in time, plus they didn’t cause any blisters! The length is just right, avoiding any awkward cuts. The soles offer excellent grip, and I can see them lasting a long time. Overall, the quality is outstanding, and I would definitely buy them again!

I ordered a pair of boots, but after reading reviews, I emailed right away to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I received no response, and the boots were delivered. As I suspected, the quality was poor, so I returned them using the provided return label and scanned the barcode at the postal service. Nearly three weeks have passed, and despite sending multiple emails asking about my refund, I haven't received any contact or response. I tried calling their support number many times, but they never answer!
