I placed an order directly through their website and received an incorrect, cheaper item. My emails went unanswered, and the phone line is always busy and disconnects. They seem either incompetent or dishonest. I've reported them to a consumer watchdog and recommend others do the same if they face similar issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
