I ordered directly from their website and received the wrong item. My emails went unanswered, and the phone line is constantly busy. They seem either completely inept or deceptive. I've reported them to a consumer watchdog and suggest others do the same. AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM.
I ordered items on November 28th and have yet to receive them. I sent several emails on December 10th to follow up, but only received a response on December 16th. I replied to their email and am still waiting for a resolution. The service has been appalling.
Absolutely avoid! My item was never delivered, and customer service has been unresponsive. They still charged my card despite this. Their behavior is fraudulent, and they should not be in business. Do not support such a poor company. EDIT: They did reply to my review but ignored my multiple emails requesting a refund.

I received my order today, but one of the jewelry sets was missing, and none of the others were gift boxed as promised. These were intended as Christmas gifts, and now I have only until tomorrow to find a replacement for the missing set and gift boxes for the others. This was my first order from the company, and I will not be ordering again. There is no contact number, only email support available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM!
I reached out to customer service after purchasing a pair of pearl earrings that became faulty. A staff member quickly replied and resolved my issue by sending a replacement pair. I'm very impressed with their service and would highly recommend this online store. Thank you!
