Received the wrong items August 13, tried calling and emailing them multiple times without any luck. Finally weeks later spoke with someone who emailed return info. Asked if they would send me the correct order so I could use in tournament that was coming up. They said no, wouldn’t send until they received the other stuff first. They finally received it from what I saw on my UPS tracking. Still haven’t received my order and it’s now Sept 25th! This is ridiculous!!! I’ve sent SO many emails without getting any responses. Called more times than I’d like to think about with no answer, only goes to voicemail that you can’t leave a message with. It’s getting close to 7 weeks since I placed my order. The clothes I bought were for playing outside during the summer months. It’s alll no ost October and I still don’t have my gear. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever (dealt with) or not been able to deal with. Might be done with Joola at this point.
