I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Joola’s customer service. I purchased a paddle with a 12-month warranty, yet my warranty claim has not been honored.
In addition, I emailed your company regarding this issue and have not received any response.
I also know two other players who own the same paddle. Both have experienced similar problems. One developed dead spots after only six months of play, and the other sold his Perseus paddle within a year because of the same issue I am experiencing with dead spot within the paddle face. Joola is horrible when it comes to customer satisfaction. I wish that I could have left them with "0" stars
The company seems to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, offering some of the worst support available. After numerous attempts to address a security issue with my card, I have received no responses. Emails go unanswered, and customer service lines are never available. Their customer service is truly disappointing.
I agree with all the comments regarding the poor customer service and website experience. They take your money for paddles and then inform you that the product is out of stock, leading to long waits for refunds with no alternatives offered. Customer service is non-existent. Even if you manage to contact them, they simply state there’s nothing they can do. What is the point of having a customer service team?
Despite branding itself as a leader in the sport, this company's customer service is shockingly unprofessional. You would expect better treatment for something as simple as a return, yet the experience has been insulting. After providing all necessary information, I faced unnecessary delays and absurd demands. When I attempted to call customer service, I was told to call back later. This is not how a reputable company operates. The gap between their marketing and actual service is vast, and if they handle returns this poorly, I can only imagine how they would treat customers facing serious issues.
This company fails to honor warranties. I attempted to claim a warranty on a paddle purchased from a retail store, and the process has been frustrating. They insisted on returning the paddle, and only after several days would they consider sending a replacement. This has resulted in significant wasted time and no playability during the waiting period. They showed little concern for customer satisfaction, which is very disappointing.
This company is awful to deal with. They accused me of fraud when I ordered a racquet while visiting another country, despite my billing address being valid. They still charged my credit card and showed no professionalism or customer service skills. I received a smaller refund than expected and no apology for their mistake. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities.
If I could, I would give this a zero-star rating. I purchased a product from an authorized dealer, and within three months it broke. When I attempted to claim the warranty, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was normal wear. Avoid this product; it's overpriced and does not hold up. Their warranty service is questionable, and I find it hard to believe that they consider a damaged product acceptable.
