I received the shoes in a reasonable time. It took longer than it should to ship, but ok.. I did not expect it to come from china. The sizing was apparently different and even if I bought a size that is usually large for me it was too small this time. This information was available in the description but I assumed it was regular sizing as I’ve been using the same size forever..Problem was when I wanted to return it and had to pay for the full amount of the return. As the shoes came from china, which I did not expect, it would be too expensive to be worth it. I understand that Joom is within the limits of the law when handeling it like this. But it is bad customer service. Claiming and arguing that you are doing business within the law usually not a good sign of a customer forward business.Another issue is that they force you to do anything with your order once placed, even simple things like tracking it. Or handle issues or returns.
