Absolutely terrible, never order a product from this company unless you want to be completely screwed over. I ordered a small part for my ATV, it said that it would be delivered by the 25th of February, that day came but there was no parcel at my doorstep, I was then told via email that there was a delay and the part will arrive by the 7th of March, that day came but there was still no parcel at my doorstep, I was then told that there was another delay and the part will arrive by the 11th of May. I can’t think of a singular reason why a part that is so small and common would take such a long time to arrive when I have ordered multiple items from all different parts of the world and never once have I been this screwed over. My advice is that if something is too good to be true it probably is since I only chose this company due to the low price of the product.
Also, my message to Joom is that you can keep your 10% discount because I’m never going to buy from here aver again.

We ordered shoes from Joom that unfortunately were too large. The items were unworn, properly packed and returned within the required timeframe. According to the tracking information, the return shipment was successfully delivered to the seller.

Despite this, we did not receive a refund for several weeks. Multiple attempts to contact customer support resulted only in automated, generic replies and no actual solution.

Only after we escalated the case through PayPal Buyer Protection did the situation change. Shortly after that, the refund was finally confirmed and initiated.

Conclusion:
The refund was not processed voluntarily, but only after pressure from PayPal. Without buyer protection, we most likely would not have received our money back. Anyone ordering here should definitely pay via PayPal and be prepared to insist on their rights if problems arise.

I ordered a carbon fiber cup holder cover for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Delivery took about two weeks, and the cover arrived broken. Unsurprisingly, they packed it in a regular envelope (no box). Of course, such a fragile part was broken during delivery.
No one responded to my request for a replacement or refund. I won't order anything else from Joom. They've demonstrated 100% disdain for their customers. They didn't even contact me; they simply ignored my return request.

The radio I ordered didn't fit my van at all.

I ordered a radio that was meant for my model of van, but it clearly didn't fit, despite what was stated in the description. The customer support is practically nonexistent. I've waited over two weeks, spoken to three different representatives, and still haven't received a refund or a return label. It's £130, and I'm left waiting, receiving frustrating messages from support. I've given up and will let the payment service handle it.

Extremely disappointing experience with this service.

My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating. They delivered an incomplete order and instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to return the item at my own cost for a refund, which is almost as much as the item itself. It seems like a tactic to discourage me from pursuing a refund. This feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise caution.

Absolutely disappointing experience.

I would rate this a zero if that were possible. The shoes I received looked nothing like the images. The heel was even a different height. Now that I want to return them, there's no way to do so. I'm furious. This feels like a scam. It's appalling how many companies take advantage of customers.

Terrible experience!

I had a terrible experience! I ordered 8 dolls for my little son for Christmas at the beginning of November, and after a month, only one arrived! It took me days to get a response from the support team, and when I was given the option to either get my money back or exchange it for points, they misled me by selecting the points option. As a result, I ended up with no gift for my son (he wanted that collection of puppets) and was forced to buy something useless just to use the points! AVOID THIS SERVICE. They disregard customers once they have your payment and do everything to avoid refunding it!

Misleading product description

I ordered a case for a Galaxy S25 Ultra, believing it to be an authentic product. However, there was no indication that it was not an original item, nor was there any mention of the manufacturer of this counterfeit case. Now, the platform is questioning the discrepancies in the product description. Despite providing numerous photos of the counterfeit case, the support team's inquiry isn't about whether it's an original product but rather how to prove that they misrepresented it. The case has a Samsung logo similar to the original, but the product box was not sealed as expected.
