My order QP2ENXGW was paid on July 15, 2025 and the payment was confirmed by Joom.On July 16, 2025 I received an email saying the package was shipped, but it never arrived.On September 29, 2025 Joom informed me that the order was eligible for a refund, and I selected the option to receive the refund via the original payment method.However, no money was transferred back to my bank account.Later I noticed that instead of a refund, Joom credited my account with “points”, which I never requested and do not accept. These points expire after 180 days and are not equal to a monetary refund.I contacted customer support multiple times, but I only received automatic template replies within 1–3 minutes, with no real help. One of the replies claimed that I chose points as the refund method, which is not true — I selected the refund to the original payment method.In summary:- the item never arrived,- the refund was approved but never processed,- I received expiring points instead of my money,- support does not provide real assistance.Based on my experience, I will not order from Joom again.— Anonymous customer
