JOOM is absolutely AWFUL and don't even deserve a 1 star rating.I naively ordered 6 kaftans for my daughter and I, earlier this summer, hoping I'd found a place that not only sold designs I'd not seen before but also at 'ok' prices.NO, I hadn't, it turned out. When they finally arrived I was appalled at the very poor quality material, used for each kaftan; the awful workmanship of all 6, and how small they were. Only one fitted my daughter but snugly, which shouldn't be the case ! They also looked far worse in person than in their listings. Therefore their sizing is CORRUPT, as well as everything else !Their SO CALLED Customer services has to be the WORST I've ever had the misfortune to come across. They were so bad, I honestly believed I'd been SCAMMED and had lost the £102 I'd spent, on the disgraceful kaftans. They're incredibly difficult if not impossible to contact...on purpose I bet ! However, I somehow managed to get just over £50 back, in the end, for the 3 they finally accepted to have returned. Yet after that I never managed to contact them again because they made it impossible. I gave up in the end and lost the remaining £50, which is what they wanted all a long. But I left messages telling them I'd warn as many people about them as possible, and of course post a damning review on Trustpilot. Well better late than never I suppose and I see I'm by far, not the first to do so.So PLEASE don't waste any of your hard earned money on this disreputable and dishonest company. They're cheap for a reason and I fear they're using slave or even child labour because the quality is SO AWFUL.PLEASE STAY CLEAR of Joom, I certainly wish I had.
