1 star because I cannot put 0.Order a card deck. Very nice from the pictures, was really what I was looking for.Received the parcel and the quality was not there! Card very slippery (which is ok as they were new), the sentences printedon the cards was not clear, the pictures even worst!Asked for the refund and at the beginning they offered me 50% and the possibility to keep the cards. I told them that I would not use them because I could not read anything on the cards and I wanted the full refund and the possibility to send the card back. They offered me the option for the full refund either with points or to refund my credit card. The last option was my choice and as soon as i confirmed this method on their website the system provided me with the points! Which are useless for me as I will never buy again there. The after sale service told me that the system error is not their responsibility therefore they cannot help and I have to keep the points as a refund method!
