I purchased two smart thermostats from a supplier on Joom and they became faulty. I communicated with the seller and after some back and forth e-mails with photos and explanations, they agreed the items were faulty and stated I am entitled to a full refund. A few days went by and Joom then sent me an e-mail and again I had to go through the process of sending them evidence of the faulty items which I did. Now this has been exhausted, they have gone quiet and are not responding. One would think that the seller processes the refund but it seems from my experience with Joom, they imply that they are processing the refund. Either way, I am still waiting for my refund, and Joom are no longer communicating. Shocking service - shop elsewhere.
