According to UK consumer law, customers are not required to cover return postage for counterfeit or misrepresented goods, but Joom ignored this entirely.Their customer service is slow, dismissive, and takes no real responsibility for the sellers on their platform. I’ve since raised the issue with Klarna for investigation.I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from Joom, especially if the seller is based overseas. You risk wasting your money and dealing with counterfeit products and poor aftercare.
