No product, no refund.I've had no response and customer service is A.I and appalling.The item disappears from the second page of your e-mail as soon as you use the suggested app which makes you take cookies.Please respond. It's 5 days since I wrote my initial review and not a cheep.They ought to be reported to the Ombudsman.
