No news on order status (>3 months). Impossible to reach customer support.

I ordered products in May 2025 (>250 euro in value) and paid in advance. I received a message that the products were sent the day after. No news since then (now August 2025), and I am unable to track the order online. The track and trace link leads to "oops, page doesn't exist" error. Customer service is terrible: there is no e-mail address of phone number to contact, and the web form that you need to fill in, does not even send a confirmation of receipt or a copy that the form was filed. I have filled in the form 3x in the meantime, and still no reaction (> 3 weeks!!) in spite of a message that they would reply within 12h. In the past, orders did arrive although with a delay of sometimes 1-2 months. There does not seem to be any possibility to get your money back.
