ordered a toy with Joom , delivery stated 2 to 3 days but still not here! kid was upset. Also you have to sign in to contact their help even though i did not sign in when they took my payment. poor customer service. wont be using them again unless they have easier access to help and also when they stop making false delivery claims.17th now and 10 days and no delivery. is this a total SCAM ? Yet i am getting marketing emails all the time. Terrible site : avoid15th august. joom states check my emails . No emails arrived. I guess to tell me there is a delay and the 2 to 3 day delivery stated was merely marketing.
