Can’t get a reaction from their customer support email address. All that does is send an automatic reply that you can’t contact them via their support email?Trying to find out when my order will arrive, No tracking information given. I just want to know when the above order will arrive and have the tracking information which is a normal request I filled in the request for further info from Joom the exact same order number as the one already on here.Update still no reaction from Joom re the tracking or delivery of my items. Was that request for my order number just meant as gaslighting for any one looking on Trustpilot?Big joke report joom telling me they will chuck me off their site for misusing it. By telling them that Joom will not give me tracking info or tell me when my order will arrive. I’ve informed them instead of being rude to me they should tell Joom to give me the information I’m entitled to and for them to stop abusing buyers trust. Then they are welcome to chuck me off their platform or whatever. Just be clear who is abusive.Joom showing more of their lack of transparency in their emails from Babylon joom, after having no tracking or updates since my order of 11 July with latest delivery date 28 August, now 5 days over due so I asked for my money back. They shifted the goal posts saying now delivery will be end of September but also longer as it has to go through customs. And if it doesn’t arrive by October then I can ask for my money. Being a nontransparent unfair company that abuse customer trust and misrepresent by giving false delivery dates. They then try that it’s in our contact cheats game. No one ordering some daily product is going to read pages of their conditions which they well know. Regardless of their nonsense I want my money refunded now not in October People do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Joom emails from joome poor excuse of customer service continue to hide behind their deliberate misleading of customers, hiding behind their conditions after nn delivery on the date they give customers. Just typical gaslighting as no one reads contracts before buying a bit of ghee adverted on google. Horrible company don’t get scammed and report to relevant authorities of EU practices
