I have brought a projector and the quality of it is quite disappointing, from the moment I turned it on, the user manual is different from the product setup, there is no options and very limited sitting options. you can't log in to Netflix as it shows error and ask you to update the App but Google Play Store version is so outdated that you can't update it either. in other words, you can't rely on it to watch Netflix.Furthermore from the 1st day of usage, there were two dark lines on the lower corners of the screen that became more visible when the light is lower.I have requested a refund thru JOOM but they refused to support me, instead they have asked me to send more pics and kept of dragging it, and now they said it's beyond JOOM warranty period and I have to wait for the reply for the seller.I wasn't expecting it to be of high quality since it's not that expensive anyway, but I expected to work, and I was under the impression that I would get proper support in case it doesn't.I don't recommend buying this product at all. At the moment I don't even think that buying thru JOOM is a good idea either unless you are ready to throw in your money to a get a defected product and pathetic customer service,
