Ordered an extra small top for my daughters birthday, 1 month later received a large size. Joined Joom as a member after I made the order just in case we saw more good deals. On receiving the wrong sized item I tried to contact Joom. Unfortunately, there is no record of me ordering anything (assume this was because I joined as a member after ordering the item. Have tried to contact Joom as a non-member but no way of doing tjhis if the site (or app) have no record of it even though I have an order number and tracking number for the order, I have been left out in the cold, no way to remedy this ?
