I use joom for at least 4 years. Now, compared to when I first found it, it has more branded goods. Has authentic skincare (and fakes of course but you can figure it out very easily, I bought a "Dossier" perfume and it was original). The package could arrive from 2 weeks to one month (that's why 4, not 5 stars), depending on the seller. The customer support is extremely helpful and understanding. Overall, I had a great experience with this app.
