Ridiculously overpriced goods. Shipped from out side EU. Unclear information presentation. Unhelpful customer service. They sent me three useless emails, and when it's too late they sent me a new email to say it's too late to do anything. YPM jokes comes to life!Let me add some details. I searched 'provia 100f 120' on google, as a sponsored ad there came Joom's website. I clicked in it, without going down there is only picture and price and 'add to cart', and no descriptions was there (if you do not goes down and look carefully). Interesting thing is that it's the usual price for 5 120 films (1100+ sek), so I obviously thought it to be 5 120 films. I search for Joom, it's a European company, so I thought it should ship from Europe. Turns out wrong! They are selling one single 35mm film, shipped by some store in Japan, all the way to Europe, at 4 times the usual price of a 35mm provia! I cannot even imagine such business model would exist. Do they make money only on some careless guys like me?Once I realized there is a mistake, I sent them email, saying I wanna cancel. At that time one of the orders was not yet sent. Four days later, that order was nevertheless sent to me, and I got email from Joom, saying 'Sorry we cannot cancel it because they are all sent'. That's crazy experience!
