I ordered an album on the 13th January and it's now the 27th March and I still haven't received it. It says on the app that it was delivered on the 30th January when it wasn't and I've got in contact with joom and they just keep telling me that they haven't received any updates yet and I've since asked for my money back over a week ago and still nothing.
