I ordered a Yoga sports bag for my wife 4th Dec 2024. The delivery date was missed and I was unable to track via the website. However, I emailed customer support and they responded promptly. They apologised and said goods were coming. They hadn't arrived by Friday 20th so I ordered from elsewhere. The goods arrived from Joom on Christmas Eve. I requested a return and refund. Joom refunded without argument and said I did not need to return items. The goods came from China and shipping was the problem - not the goods or the price or Joom's customer service. The website is clunky 'though. I think they are ok but you need to order comfortably in advance of when you want your items. It was fair of them to refund without question.
