We ordered a window cleaning machine from Joom which failed after 2 hours of use. Following a month of emails back and forth, it has been impossible to return the unit for a refund with them requesting more than half a dozen videos of the fault. The latest reply is suggesting that they send us a replacement electronic board which WE have to install! Joom are the most unprofessional online sales company out there. We would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from them.
