I got my product within the expected delivery time frame but when I wanted to refund it (within 24 hours of receiving the product and sending it back) it has been nearly a whole month now with confirmed tracking and arrival at their warehouse they told me to. They've emailed back quickly but it's always the same we'll get back to you within a few days. It's absurd how they can't just refund when I have proof of delivery and much more which they saw again nearly a month ago.
