Joom has a 85 day warranty in case your order doesn’t arrive. My power bank hasn’t arrived after 33 days. You have to wait 85 days before they will issue a refund. They will not cancel. Now I have to buy a second power bank because I can’t wait 85 days. If it arrives, I would have spent $280 on two power banks when I only need one.
