I did a request a few weeks ago.As it did not arrive yet I wanted to track it.Nothing shows in my orders section, which by itself is a shitty CX if I want to complain or check or ask for reimburse.Although I got an e-mail when the item was in a Shatian city, it had a tracking number that also leads to “oops the page does not exist!”. This + the website left me very very nervous and uncomfortable.On the upside when I sent an aid request on the website with my tracking number they did the fastest reply I’ve ever seen (a few minutes)- with a link to my countries’s carrier saying they are waiting for the product. Not perfect but somewhat reassuring.Will update this review if/when the package arrives.
