What a huge disappointment. Now my son is going to miss out on his 2 main favourite presents :(. I ordered on the 16th of november. No notifications or anything. So today the 12/12/24 j messaged joom all tp find out they "tried" to deliver to my address on the 30/11/24. They first said noone was home amd then said my address was wrong! How have i just found all this out today? And then immediately they refunded me. What happened in the 12 days inbetween which would have gave me plenty of time to re-order or sort address ect. Its almost Christmas and now my son will miss out. Awful service
