I had ordered a watch from Joom and after 6 weeks it broke and they said that I had to get back to them within 30 days of receiving the watch. The watch broke after 6 weeks not 4 but they didn't want to know. Just said they had to follow their process which was 30 days if there was a problem. When I questioned what happened if the problem occurs after 30 days they said contact the seller and gave me a Chinese email address which didn't work! The watch was cheap and not fit for purpose and stopped working after 6 weeks.
