It is now October 30th I’m updating to say thank you to Joom for finally giving a refund so that I can let my little boy get a gift that can be delivered. Terrible terrible late (non existant) delivery of a special gift - waited months and months for it with nothing. It was for my Childs birthday and it’s not almost 3 months late. I am very very disappointed with this service. I have asked for a refund and they have refused. I hope to update you with more positive information about this company. In response to the flimsy message form Joom You promised delivery end of August and now it’s mid October This is absolutely unacceptable service I want a refund from this company this is my right
