I like the platform, but their customer service is horrible, they are ignoring me every time I open a problem, answer in 2 weeks for a simple question, for example, I have an order with an major defect and the seller said that it will replace it, I asked for an AWB so I can trace the package, they sent the AWB to me in 1 week and the AWB was wrong, it was from GLS and it required the postal code, which mine wasn't working. After signaling this problem, they sent me an pdf from the seller which said that the order was delivered, the problem is that the pdf was for a different address, not mine I even told them after sending the AWB that is not for me, because my postal code wasn't working.Now is been a week, again and I'm waiting for their response.I have this problem open for more than 3 months and nothing happened...
