Ordered item 31/07 still not arrived they changed expected delivery date twice. Has not moved since 14/08! Was meant to be new school bag will of been at school over a month if it does turn up by new delivery date but I very much doubt it. And is constant wait till end October to get refund if not received!At last has turned up19/09/2024
