Bought a vinyl sticker for car. Relativly big one. I have applyed vinyl several times before and know how it works. The one I bought from Joom came with barley any glue. It had loosen itself many places from the attached paper. I tryed to apply it but there was barley any effect from the glue and it just felt of. I know it has to be pressed on and it has to be worked with while applying, but this vinyl had barley any glue. It had dryed out and had no effect or very little effect. I throwed it in the garbage and sent a complaint. I was told not to throw it away before contacting them and they needed photo/ video proof. I picked it up from the garbage just for the principle causes and sent them a photo. Now they tell me to demonstrate that its not working after several days laying chrunched in a ball and its in many pieces. What can they achieve with this? I just gave up and I will never ever buy more from this site. This is just stupid. Ebay and aliexpress has allways solved cases if something was wrong. Update for the reply: I really cant understand why I have to send a video of the vinyl now. It was barely any glue when I tried to use it and now after it has been laying around in a chrunched ball its totally useless and will ofcorse not apply to anything. Why should I have to demonstrate this? Its common sense. Even a three year old would understand that the vinyl is totally useless in this condition and demonstrating that with a video is just dumb. It was useless when I recieved it and also now. You have a photo allready of the vinyl where it is chrunched and in pieces. It was only pennies for me to loose, but its just a principle for me when I recieve a faulty product that I want a refund. But I dont want to waste more time aboit this now. I will warn everyone from buying from you and rather use Ebay or Aliexpress.
