I bought a 4G modem that stopped working after 1 minute when I connected it to the power. Never actually connected to the cellular network and failed. Bad product and even worse support!I can't even contact them directly for a refund. There is no easy way to return an item or get a refund. Stay away from this bad shop. Scammers.
