If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never had such a bad experience with any other company. The returns / refund procedure is a joke..I was asked for photographs of a blouse that I didn't want...WHY?? I DIDNT WANT IT !! I was sent a video showing me how to measure the item...WHY ?? I KNOW HOW TO MEASURE AN ITEM !! To return the item it had to be paid for by myself...OK...but to China !! Use this company again..?? NEVER NEVER NEVER. I donated the item to the charity shop because I was so fed up with the useless communications.....the company then Thanked me for making the donation !!
