I received my flipper device in a damaged condition. As is my usual practice due to past negative experiences with online orders, I recorded a video of the unboxing. Upon switching on the device, I noticed a significant line running through the center of the LCD screen, rendering the flipper unusable.Joom refused to issue a refund or initiate a return, advising me instead to contact FLIPPER directly, stating, "We do not ship items directly - We will need to contact the merchant."When I reached out to FLIPPER, they informed me that I would need to resolve the matter with Joom, who should be able to reimburse me. Additionally, FLIPPER stated that all goods are shipped directly from Joom's warehouse, contradicting Joom's earlier claim.As a result, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank.This has been the worst online experience—neither party is willing to take responsibility despite the clear evidence I have!
