Purchased a summer straw wove material bag for holiday . OMG what a mistake I made ordering from this company . It arrived anfter 11 days and was the most awful cheap nasty quality . I wouldnt even embarrass myself giving to my 6 yr old grandaughter! . It was poorly packed, creased and the material will crack where it’s ceased because of the straw woven material . The ‘decorative lock’ on the front was so tinny and cheap and jingled like cheap tin with every movement - the clasps for the straps were equally as thin cheap and nasty and more than a lipstick in the bag would probably snap the straps the fasteners were that cheap ! I complained with photos and an honest constructive review of this item and they wanted more photos, videos - even after explaining the photos didn’t accurately Demonstrate the cheapness and nasty quality of the bag . I was getting no where . For the price I paid I was expecting far better but now having read reviews, I shouldn’t have been suprised . I would donate this pathetic example of a bag to charity shop but doubt they could justify putting a price on it . Appalling !
