I placed an order at Joom. I payed immediately with Ideal. The order was not confirmed but my payment was indeed transfered and deducted from my bankaccount. I contacted Joom customer service to credit me the amount and they asked for some details which i sent by email. After that i never received any reply. Even when i sent out 3 more emails with the request to contact me they simply fail to answer. I must state that i am very unsatisfied about the way Joom treat their customers and their very poor quality customerservice. I will not make any other purchase at Joom again unless they will credit me my payment with a sincere excuse.
