I've been a loyal customer on Joom for years but recently I'm being scammed by the seller and not getting support from Joom.Got my order X3L685M2it was nothing like the description - wrong colour, 1 layer instead of 2 layers. Contacted support.They made me send pictures (few times), then video as well. All was sent. Afterwards, they proposed to return 50% of the price and I agreed to it.Almost 2 WEEKS later, Joom support just ignoring my replies, I've got only 1 reply that they can't proceed with refund cause they're still waiting for my decision (sent it like 10 times). Fix it pls ASAPUpd:I can hardly believe that support suddenly stopped receiving my replies as they are part of the same conversation.As I said, I've sent already around 10! confirmations.You have my 11th confirmation here, process the refund Joom!Upd. 2:3 days later and no reaction. So you act like you don't see my answer/updates here either? Or you just don't care? And you're not getting my email answers too?That's ugly, Joom! That's a terrible customer service!Let's try it ones more here, I'll post it as a new review for you.I confirm the 50% refund, process it.If not I will have to go with the chargeback procedure.Upd.3:Refund was finally received.There is a huge room for improvement in service quality.
