Such a terrible shopping experience that I wouldn’t recommend or if you do, you must know this prior.I purchased so many clothes for my family members in Uganda where they are. I was given a 3week timeframe for delivery and it was all ok until I had to travel without my parcel. I kept asking for an update and non of the staff had any answers for me which was frustrating.The parcel arrived another 3weeks later when I was already in Uganda. I then arranged to get the parcel sent to me in Uganda, incurring more costs, but I felt that was worth it as long as my family got their items.We then got the items and it turns out they’re a size too small despite me placing orders for large and medium sizes. I’ve had to give away some to my younger cousins despite having bought them for my dad.I’ve asked to return the other clothes which can basically be worn by 12yr olds, yet intended for a grown man and I’m being asked to provide proof of receiving the parcel, provide photos of the labels and the clothes themselves which I find totally disgraceful.On top of that, they’re asking me to return each item separately to each seller at my own cost, yet all the different sellers packaged everything in one parcel to send to me.This is daylight robbery and this company should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat customers. Their after sale service is simply terrible.For all the trouble they’ve put me through, they also want me to pay for each individual return. This is totally unacceptable. Definitely not buying from them again. I just think everyone should be aware of this and make an informed decision when dealing with them.
