Unlocked the power bank using a QR code. The power bank didn’t work properly in my phone, I was losing charge - so returned it within 10 minutes. I pressed the return button, put it in the flashing slot, and it clicked locked and flashed. All good and returned my end.2 days later, I get a charge for 33 pounds on my account as apparently I didn’t return the power bank. As I rented from QR, I had no notification that return wasn’t successful but didn’t feel I needed this as I WATCHED the machine accept the power bank?Contacted customer service who have passed me on to another team. Not acceptable. Poor experience - rubbish power bank didn’t charge my phone, now I’ve been charged 33 pounds for the privilege. Give me my money back!Edit - got my money back in the end. Took days and days. Really not worth the stress and wont use again.
