I would rate you a 0, as a first-time customer. You lost my package, and there’s no apology or effort to locate it. You simply claim that because I didn't pay extra for neighborhood watch, I can’t make a claim. This seems like a conspiracy and blatant theft. I believe my packages were never actually lost; I think you did it on purpose—stealing customers’ packages to force them to pay more for useless replacements. I'm incredibly disappointed and disgusted with this company.
