I will not do business with this company again. They sent the wrong size coats intended as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. When I tried to return them, I discovered their return process is convoluted and unfair. Returns are managed by a third party with a confusing name, which was not disclosed during purchase. Receiving the wrong items and navigating a challenging return process was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.
I'm surprised by the low ratings! What you see on the website is exactly what you receive. I bought coats with large fur hoods and they were exactly as described! Unlike those misleading ads from fake sites, my multiple jeans purchases also matched their pictures and are of high quality. The coats from this brand are definitely my favorites!

Instead of canceling the entire order, they chose to process the refund in parts. I ordered a bundle deal, not individual items. They refuse to cancel the full order. The shipping took just 6 days (ordered last Friday, received it today, Thursday, including the weekend). The product is fantastic. I ordered a 2x coat and should’ve opted for a 1x, but I know how it goes. After checking these reviews, I was puzzled by the negativity, which is why I'm sharing my very positive experience. I waited two years to buy the El Jefe, and I regret waiting so long. It's the best coat I've ever seen in my life; you really should buy it!
