I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a coat and jeans as a Christmas gift, but received an email stating the coat was unavailable. Instead of canceling the entire order, they chose to process the refund in parts. I ordered a bundle deal, not individual items. They refuse to cancel the full order. I will dispute the charges with my bank. Never again.
