I want to help and support other women in becoming the best versions of themselves. My goal is to help other women get to know themselves better and take more control of their lives not just health and fitness-focused but also regarding their mindset too. My fitness journey started 7 years ago and my biggest setback was my mindset and lack of confidence. I was eating shockingly low calories and spent a lot of time on the treadmill because I was too scared to head near the weights. I now work with women to build their confidence, optimise their health mentally and physically, find balance and a mindset that will take them to their full potential and beyond.
