My fitness journey started 7 years ago and my biggest setback was my mindset and lack of confidence. I was eating shockingly low calories and spent a lot of time on the treadmill because I was too scared to head near the weights. I now work with women to build their confidence, optimise their health mentally and physically, find balance and a mindset that will take them to their full potential and beyond.
    I offer several 1-1 online coaching options to suit all budgets, and make results accessible for as many women as possible.
