Website is untrustworthy

I ordered an outfit but received an email stating it was out of stock. I was given a voucher to reorder, but it didn't work for over a week. By the time it was fixed, the website only sold men's clothes. I've been requesting a refund for weeks, but they have stopped responding. Avoid this site at all costs.

Zero stars would be better

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two dresses in size 14, but received two in XL instead. While the dress is cute, it does not fit as a 14—more like a 10. I've been trying to return it and get my second dress, but the chances of it fitting seem slim. The best offer I received was a 20% refund. I do not recommend this brand, as it appears to be a chatbot rather than real customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered two dresses and was very disappointed with the quality. The website claims a hassle-free returns process, which is false. They also promised a prepaid return label, which I never received. I was told to return items to China at a cost of over $35. They offered a 15% partial refund if I kept the items, which are unusable due to poor quality. After two weeks of waiting, I still have no refund. I cannot recommend this brand.

Overpriced and low quality

This is just like a well-known brand but at a 500% markup. The 'linen' set was mostly polyester and took three weeks to arrive, with no way to contact the company. The quality was cheap and disappointing.

Low-quality shirt and poor customer support

The shirt I received was of very poor quality and looked different online. The customer service was terrible; I was worried about the return process getting stuck in customs since the only warehouse is in China. It’s an expensive shirt that is see-through and unwearable.

They claim to be an Australian brand, but they operate solely out of China. When I tried to return it, I was told I had to pay $40 to ship it back and would only receive 20% back.

Misleading brand claims

I trusted this site, believing it was an Australian brand based in Brisbane. The product description claimed premium leather, but I received a tracking number to China instead. The first pair had stains and was not premium leather, just synthetic. The second pair arrived in the wrong size and also felt cheap. This is very misleading and disrespects customers.
