Instead of explaining properly, they kept saying “it’s mentioned,” even when the information was not clearly advertised.There were hidden additional charges that were not made clear upfront. The cars are not properly advertised and are not as described. When you raise concerns, they are dismissive and unprofessional.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this auction.
